You can browse through various choreographies on this site either directly from the home page or through Video Choreography menu. The choreographies are composed into special sections (by style). You can preview them via Adobe Flash Player which is freely distributed on the internet. (http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer). They are also placed on youTube.com under miriamaerobics. Currently there are more than 100 choreographies available from basic steps and workouts to more advanced moves.

Aerobics is a form of exercise that comprises rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training components in order to improve all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscle strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). It is typically performed to music in a group setting with a leader, although it can be practiced solo and without musical accompaniment. Aerobics is a form of exercise that is typically associated with weight loss. Properly executed, it improves fitness, but doesn't contribute measurably to specialised athletic training. More women than men practice aerobics. The main internationally governing body is the Féderation International de Gymnastique,based in Liège, Belgium. It was formed in 1881, making it the oldest sporting federation. Italian Bruno Gandi is the current president.

Mariam started with aerobics in 1994. She was certified as international aerobics instructor under IFAA ® first in 2000 (Class B) and then in 2001 as class A instructor. She followed several instructor's workshops such as dance, step, bodystyling, master training and others. Her favorite remains 'latino'.

Miriam's full name is Miriam Horvathova born Tillnerova in Malacky, Slovakia. She is a professional aerobics instructor under IFAA ® and received her Licence A in 2001. She is mainly involved in teaching, lecturing providing professional advise on training, wellness, fitness and creates instructional video choreographies. She has earned Master Degree in Economics in 2009 and is mother of three daughters Viktoria (7), Vanessa (3) and Valentina (1)

The literal meaning of aerobics is with oxygen i.e aerobics helps us to use oxygen more efficiently by conditioning the heart and lungs. This helps in the reduction of stress and weight control. Aerobic exercises have a wide range of benefits such as it encourages cardiovascular and muscular fitness and increases flexibility. Aerobics workouts are great for building a stronger heart and leaner body, lowering cholesterol and improving sleep patterns.
